- Constructed a commercial complex of 5000 sq. m area "Dammam Plaza Complex" in front of King Fahd Mosque at Dammam. The complex comprises a bedroom all over the ground area + two stories (the ground floor contains showrooms and the first floor designed for offices) on turnkey basis.
- Constructed a commercial complex of 5000 sq. m area, comprises of commercial showrooms, administration building, car parking and warehouses.
- Constructed a commercial complex of 4500 sq. m area, comprising of only commercial showrooms at Danah square.
- Constructed a 6000 sq. m commercial center, comprising of two floors assigned for commercial purposes and car parking at Jubail.
- Constructed a 3000 sq. m commercial center on Dammam Khobar highway.
- Constructed separate 12 villas on turnkey basis, at Danah square.
